Casa Verde is Adam Arnold, Sarah Jennings Evans, and Adan Myers y Gutierrez. The 3 songwriters and multi-instrumentalists also played in the band Esov in New Haven, CT from 1998-1999. In 2003, Sarah & Adan moved from New Mexico to Wisconsin, where Adam had moved from Connecticut, so that they could reunite the band. They chose a new band name and released Dame Luck in 2005. Carla Friedrich joined them on flute for the song "Greenhouse".
